Constructing a video-based remote coaching platform to develop professional skills in dementia care

This paper describes the development of a video-based remote coaching platform to develop professional skills in dementia care. The platform was developed to provide a new method of training for caregivers who work in dementia care facilities. The platform enables caregivers to watch videos of their own care practices and receive feedback from experts.
